Four steps from a screenshot to a tutorial
Describe the goal
Write what the learner should be able to do at the end and which screens they go through. One paragraph is enough, up to 4,000 characters.
Paste screenshots
Ctrl+V, drop or pick a file: up to 8 screenshots, one per screen state, in step order. From any application, desktop included.
Generate and fix
AI redraws the screens as mock-ups and writes 4-14 steps. Edit in place or ask in one sentence: "split step 3 in two".

No promises beyond what the code does. Four facts about where your screenshots go.
The learner sees a mock-up
The player shows only the redrawn HTML screen. The original screenshots are visible only in the trainer's editor.
Placeholders instead of data
The AI is instructed to replace names, e-mails and phone numbers with plausible placeholders. That is an instruction to the model, not a guarantee, so crop personal data before pasting.
Screenshots only for generation
Screenshots are used to generate the mock-ups and the fixes. You can remove them from the tutorial after publishing.
You know who processes them
Mock-ups are generated by the AI model chosen by the Verbalu administrator (Gemini, OpenAI or Claude). A data processing agreement is available for companies.
A tutorial collects no learner data: it opens from a link with no account. Quiz scores and course progress are saved under the name or the individual code you hand out.

What people ask most often
Do I have to install anything?
No. You paste screenshots in the browser (Ctrl+V, drop or a file) and write a brief. There is no extension, no app and no admin rights, and the learner opens the tutorial from a link.
Will the learner see my screenshot?
No. The player shows an HTML mock-up redrawn by the AI. Screenshots are visible only in the trainer's editor, and you can remove them after publishing. Crop personal data before pasting anyway.
Does it work with SAP GUI, a desktop app or a phone app?
Yes. The input is an image, so a screenshot of any application works the same way. Browser, Windows, Citrix or phone makes no difference.
How many screenshots fit one tutorial?
Up to 8 screenshots, one per screen state, plus a brief of up to 4,000 characters. The AI writes 4-14 steps. Split a longer process into two tutorials.
What happens when the interface changes?
You paste a new screenshot or write in "Ask for a change" what changed. The AI rewrites the step list and only the screens the change touches. Each fix is 1 credit.
In which languages?
The interface in English, Polish and Spanish. Tutorial captions are generated in 38 languages, or a language you type in. One tutorial has one caption language; for a second version you generate another tutorial.
Can I export a tutorial to PDF, video or SCORM?
Not today. You share a tutorial by link, QR code or short code and embed it in a course or an event agenda in Verbalu. Export is planned, but we promise no date.
Can I see who watched the tutorial?
The tutorial itself collects no views. Proof of learning comes from the quiz with a score per person, the exam with a certificate and the course report with CSV export.
Where do my screenshots go?
To the AI model chosen by the Verbalu administrator (Gemini, OpenAI or Claude), only to generate the mock-ups and fixes. The screenshots stay in your organization and you can delete them.
What does it cost with 300 employees?
