The training production cycle
Other tools help with some of the stages. Verbalu takes you through all seven.
Preparing one hour of in-person training takes 43 hours of work on average, from 22 to 82 (Chapman Alliance, 2010). That work spreads over seven stages, and the tools you use today each cover a few of them.

What you get
What exactly you get at each stage
01 · Proposal
An agenda for the proposal before you win the job
A few sentences of description become goals and an agenda with timed blocks. Download the agenda slide as a PDF with the deck and attach it to your proposal.
02 · Agenda
Timing that adds up
Blocks with a duration, breaks and a method. Drag a block somewhere else and the counter shows whether the day still fits the time you planned.
03 · Content
Script and materials
A lecture script for every theory block, and content tailored to the topic for every exercise. Upload an outline or a deck and the AI works from it, and the files go into the participants' materials.
04 · Slides
A deck from the agenda
Slides with speaker notes are built from the same blocks as the agenda. 12 layouts to choose from, export to editable PPTX and PDF.
05 · Exercises
86 games and tools
An exercise in the agenda isn't a description in a PDF but a ready activity: a role-play with an AI character, a team game, a simulation, a quiz. The AI fills it with content for your topic.
06 · Delivery
One window in the room
Participants join with a code or a QR code on their phones, no account needed. Slides, polls, games, the whiteboard and attendance in one console, with your notes in the presenter view.
07 · After the training
Verbalu student
An Android app with goals, habits and reminders, and the same sessions in the browser on an iPhone. Participants come back to the training content, and you stay in touch with them in group conversations.
The whole cycle
One place instead of several tools
Instead of piecing a training together from an AI chat, a slide generator, a polling tool and a messenger group, you do it all in one place and pay one subscription for the whole organization.
Who it's for
For anyone who has to run a training
You know the subject, you're not an instructional designer
A consultant, manager or specialist who has to run a training. You bring the knowledge, Verbalu suggests the structure of the day, the timing of the blocks and exercises that get the group involved.
See the games and toolsYou run trainings for a living
A client asks about a topic that isn't in your offer yet, and the agenda is needed tomorrow. You have a first version of the whole training the same evening and refine the rest your way.

Questions
Trainers' questions
Won't the AI give me a generic training?
The AI prepares a first version from your description, and if you upload an outline or a deck, it works from them. You edit every agenda block, exercise and slide your way before the group sees anything. You decide what stays.
I already have my own materials. What then?
Upload an outline, a PDF, a Word document or a PowerPoint deck. The builder adds a timed agenda and exercises ready to run with the group. You can also upload your own deck slide by slide and deliver the training from it.
Can I download the slides and materials?
Yes. Download the deck as an editable PPTX with speaker notes or as a PDF, and single slides as images. Exercise results, quiz questions and your whole account can be exported on every plan, including the free one.
How many AI credits does one training use?
One AI call costs at most one credit. A training is one call for the agenda, then one for the content and one for the slides of every block that isn't a break. The sample day at the top of the page takes at most 13 credits, so the 50 credits you start with are more than enough. Regenerating and long material the AI reads in several parts use more.
Do participants need an account or an app?
No. They join with a code or a QR code in the browser on a phone or laptop. The Verbalu student app for Android is for those who want to come back to materials and habits after the training. On the Start plan a session takes up to 30 participants, on paid plans there is no limit.
I use Mentimeter. Why would I need Verbalu?
Mentimeter works well during the session: polls, quizzes and Q&A, and its AI prepares slides. Verbalu starts earlier, with the agenda, content and exercises such as AI role-plays and team games, and ends later, when participants come back to the training in the app.
Which languages does the AI work in?
The AI prepares training content in any of 38 languages, whatever language you use Verbalu in. The app itself is in English, Polish and Spanish.
What topic do you want to run next week?
Type it below. The builder prepares the agenda, content, slides and exercises, and you decide what stays.
