Can I bring my kahoots over to Verbalu?

Kahoot has no export for a finished kahoot: its help center suggests playing it through and downloading the .xlsx report.16 If your questions are in the spreadsheet you use to import them into Kahoot, Verbalu reads that file directly: in the quiz editor choose Import questions, then Kahoot spreadsheet (.xlsx). The spreadsheet does not carry pictures. Got a deck? Upload the PowerPoint or PDF and AI turns it into a quiz.

Can I run work training on the free plan?

On Kahoot, no: its free plans are for non-commercial use only, professional use needs a paid plan, and the free Express plan allows 15 participants and 15-minute sessions.76 On Verbalu, yes: up to 30 participants in every session, unlimited sessions, every format, results export to CSV and Excel, and 50 AI credits to start.

Which works better in Zoom, Teams or PowerPoint?

Kahoot, because it has Zoom and Teams apps and a PowerPoint add-in on every Pro plan, and in Zoom participants play without a second screen.19 Verbalu runs alongside the call: you share your screen and participants open the code in a browser or on their phone.

What does a team of 5 trainers with our own logo cost?

On Kahoot the logo already comes with Pro Start, and the licence is per presenter: 5 × $228 = $1,140 a year, paid up front (prices excluding VAT, before the discount Kahoot gives team plans of 3 or more licences).913 On Verbalu, Pro with your logo is $12 a month for the whole organization of up to 10 people, which is $144 a year, billed monthly.

Where is the data?

Kahoot stores data long-term in the EU and Canada, and offers a choice of region (US or EU) on Enterprise.2223 Kahoot's main provider for its AI features is Microsoft Azure in Europe.18 Verbalu keeps its database (Google Cloud, eur3), files and server functions in the EU. Text is generated by one selected provider (Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic), images and AI search run on Google Gemini and recording transcription on OpenAI; transfers outside the EEA rely on the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
