A game about synchronisation
In-Sync Team
A group gets a few seconds to agree on a single colour - and on a shared START signal everyone must tap it at the very same moment. Simple rules, with trust, decisions and coordination underneath.
What is the In-Sync Team game?
"In-Sync Team" is a live game for the whole room. After you open a session you split the participants into groups (at least two people each), and everyone sees the same colour board on their phone. You start each round manually: a countdown runs, during which the group agrees on which colour to tap.
On "START!" everyone must tap the same colour within one second - only then does the group win the round. You can set a fixed time to agree or one that shrinks each round, and the console shows every group's results live. The team that syncs up in the most rounds wins.
Features
Key capabilities
Split into groups
Split the room into groups of your chosen size with one click; latecomers are dropped into the smallest group automatically.
Shared countdown
You start each round manually - everyone sees the same countdown and taps on the START signal.
Time pressure
A fixed round time, or one shrinking by a second each round - tension rises with every round.
Live results
A round-by-round table for every group, totals and the leader - end a round manually, after ten seconds, or when everyone has tapped.
Step by step
How it works
Create a session
Name the session and project the code and QR.
Split into groups
Set the group size and split the joined participants with one click.
Run rounds
Start round after round; the group agrees on a colour and taps it together on START.
Debrief the sync
Compare the groups' results and discuss what helped them synchronise - usually a clear agreement and a shared signal.
