You record short clips and join them into a tree. The recipient watches a clip, picks an answer and gets the next clip, the one that fits their choice. You see which way they went.
What is Video Survey?
You open the conversation with a client by email from your own inbox: the picture of the first clip and a link. The client clicks, sees your face, answers a question with one tap, and the next clips depend on what they chose. Before you meet, you know what is on their mind.
The same tree also works as a how-to guide: clips up to 3 minutes, a question after each step and a separate branch for people who got stuck. The tree stays in your library, and each session has its own code, QR code, link and a download limit that you set yourself.

Camera and teleprompter in the editor, or a ready MP4, WebM or MOV file. Anyone who can't turn on the sound can read the clip text.
A tree instead of a list of questions
Each answer leads to a different clip. The editor makes sure no branch stops halfway, and the preview shows the conversation through the recipient's eyes.
Answers in their own words
At the steps you choose, the recipient speaks into the microphone or types. We turn the voice recording into text, and the transcription uses your AI credits.
Shared link and personal links
One link or QR code for everyone, or a separate link for each person. A personal link greets people by name, and the report shows who took which path.
The download limit is in your hands
Each session has a limit of up to 100 people, up to 30 on the Start plan. What counts is clicking “Start”, not just opening the link, and the same person coming back uses nothing.
A report on every conversation
Numbers, a map of paths, answers, playback of recordings and CSV export. You get a notification after every conversation.
