What is the Project simulator simulation?
The project simulator is an in-depth training game about project management. First you plan: you define tasks, dependencies and resources, then you launch a simulation that runs the project forward in real time. Along the way you react to events and watch the plan collide with reality.
You track progress with professional Earned Value Management metrics - SPI (schedule performance index) and CPI (cost performance index) - which show whether you're ahead of or behind schedule and budget. You can save your plans and revisit the history of scenarios you've played. The game inherits login and player identity from your Verbalu account.
