Everyone in the room practises the difficult conversation at the same time - against characters played by AI, and scored against the criteria you set.
What is AI Roleplay?
Training is where people learn the model of a difficult conversation; the corridor afterwards is where they find out they cannot hold one. AI Roleplay closes that gap: you write the scene once, and every participant talks their way through it on their own phone, at the same time, against a counterpart who is not going to make it easy.
You control everything that matters. The situation participants read, the role they take, the people the AI plays - each with a private brief covering what they want and what they hide - and the criteria you score. When someone finishes, an AI assessor reads their transcript against your rubric and writes feedback quoting what they actually said.

Characters that push back
Each character gets a private acting brief: their attitude, their hidden agenda, and what makes them soften. A compliant counterpart teaches nothing.
Your criteria, not the AI’s
Score observable behaviour - asked open questions, acknowledged the emotion, agreed a next step - with your own rubric and point weights.
The whole room at once
No more two volunteers and eighteen spectators. Everyone joins with a code, and everyone gets their own conversation and their own feedback.
Feedback that quotes them
Per-criterion marks with comments pointing at what the participant said, plus strengths and things to work on.
Transcripts and averages
The report keeps every conversation in full, shows where the room was weakest criterion by criterion, and exports to CSV.
