What is Personality test?
You define the results - types, styles, roles - and write questions where every answer gives points to one or more results. AI can write both the results and the scored questions for you. The test is saved in your library and you run sessions from it by sharing a code or a QR code.
Takers join from their phones, answer at their own pace and immediately see their result with a description, an image and a reflection question. In the "profile" style they see every dimension as bars and a radar. On your screen the group distribution grows - ready material for the debrief.
