Training game

Bridge Builder

An ordering game where a bridge is at stake. Every task is a canyon and its items are colourful planks lying on the edge. Laid in the right order they hold and a little explorer crosses to the other side. One plank out of place - and the bridge crashes down into the canyon.

What is the Bridge Builder game?

The host writes the tasks and their items in the right order (or has AI do it): process steps, stages of a model, events, sizes. The game shuffles the planks itself. Participants join with a QR code and build bridge after bridge on their own phones, while a 3D scene with a moving camera shows every hop of the explorer.

Two modes to choose from. Plank by plank: every plank is judged the moment the explorer lands on it. Build first: the participant lays the whole bridge, rearranges the planks as much as they like, and only after "Done" does the explorer set off - the bridge breaks at the first wrong plank. After every collapse the player sees the correct order and an explanation.

See how it works

The right order holds the bridge, a wrong plank brings it down

The player picks from the pile the plank that should come next. It flies onto the bridge and the explorer hops onto it: a right plank holds and gets a green number, a wrong one snaps and the whole bridge falls into the river. Then the player sees the correct order with the spot where the bridge broke.

Features

Key capabilities

  • Order that matters

It is not about single facts but about what comes before what, and why. The bridge holds or falls on the whole sequence, so understanding the process counts, not guessing.

  • Planks you actually lay

The items lie on a pile like colourful planks. Each chosen plank flies onto the bridge, lands with a knock and the explorer hops onto it. Crossed planks keep footprints and green numbers.

  • A collapse with a crash

A wrong plank snaps, the ropes let go, the planks fall into the river and the explorer lands in the water with a splash. Right after, the player sees the correct order with the spot where the bridge broke.

  • Two ways to play

Plank by plank as a quick energizer, or build first and then cross when a process needs thinking and checking the whole before committing.

  • A wall of bridges on the projector

The host sees every player's bridge filling up plank by plank, their lives and score, live - and after the game the sequences that collapsed, with the step where they broke most often.

  • Sequences with AI

Give a topic or a document and AI writes tasks with an objective order: process steps, stages of a model, chronology. Everything lands in the editor, so you can fix any item before saving.

Step by step

How it works

  1. Prepare the sequences

Type the tasks and items in the right order or ask AI. Choose the mode, the lives and the time per bridge.

  2. Open a run

Start a session and show the QR code on the projector. Participants join from their phones and set off at once.

  3. Watch the wall of bridges

You see who is on which bridge, how many planks they have crossed and whose bridge came down.

  4. Debrief where it broke

After the game you get the ranking and the sequences with the step the group got wrong most often. Ready-made material for the debrief.

Use cases

What it’s good for

  • Drilling a procedure step by step: complaint handling, health and safety, month-end close.
  • Stages of models and theories: the PDCA cycle, Tuckman's stages, the sales funnel.
  • Chronology in a history lesson or a session on the company's story.
  • Onboarding: the order of steps in the systems and processes a new hire must know.
  • An energizer after a break: a few quick bridges plank by plank.
  • An online course activity: the participant builds bridges at their own pace and the trainer sees the results.
