Training game
Domino
Everyone gets a few rate cards, the room trades them face to face, and the phone glues matching cards into a chain and works out the result. Whoever first lays the chain that answers the question wins.
What is the Domino game?
The trainer prepares a set of cards such as "1 cherry = 2 strawberries", "1 strawberry = 5 blueberries" and a question: how many blueberries is one cherry worth? The cards are dealt evenly between the phones, so nobody holds a whole chain - people have to walk around, ask and trade information by QR code.
On their phone each player lays the cards out like dominoes. When the end of one card fits the start of the next, they join and the phone works out what the chain adds up to. The trainer sees live who holds the longest chain and who has the answer - and reveals the answer itself only at the end.

One trade, one chain
Features
Key capabilities
Chains like dominoes
Cards join by themselves when they fit, and the phone works out what the chain adds up to - fractions and big numbers included.
Face-to-face trading
One person shows a QR code or four digits, the other scans it - and both keep their cards plus the partner's. Information is shared, not handed over.
An even deal
You set how many cards a person gets on average. At least one complete chain is always in play, and latecomers get the cards the room is short of.
A celebrated win
Whoever lays the chain from the start of the question to its end gets confetti and the answer - and the game goes on, so they can help the others.
Ranking on the projector
Live: who has the answer and how fast, who holds the longest chain, how many trades there were. The answer and the chains appear only when the game ends.
Spreadsheet, editor or AI
Import a ready set from a spreadsheet, build your own in an editor that checks the chains as you type, or generate a set with AI for any topic.
Step by step
How it works
Prepare a set
Rate cards and a question - typed, imported or generated with AI. The editor shows how many chains lead to the answer.
Players join
Show the QR code; joining takes only a name. Deal the cards with one button.
Trading and laying out
The room walks, talks and trades cards, and everyone lays out their chain on their phone.
Reveal and debrief
End the game when you choose: the answer, the chains and the podium appear on the screen - a ready start for a talk about how information flows.
Use cases
What it’s good for
- An icebreaker to open a training - everyone has to get up and talk to several people.
- Revision of the day's terms: every card is a relation between two concepts.
- A workshop on information flow and teamwork.
- Onboarding: company terms and dependencies laid into chains.
- Team building for large groups - the more people, the more trading.
- A maths and unit-conversion lesson as a game.
